We at PetsStation always strive for a hassle free user experience. You can return your products within (5) business days from the receipt of shipment to you. A product will not be accepted as returned until it has been notified to the customer that it is accepted for a return. It may take up to (7) business days based on your location for the product to reach us, allow us (3) business days to receive and process your returned shipment. After the returned is processed, it may take up to (7) to (14) business days for the refund to get credited into your respective bank account. The returned product should be in the same condition as you first received it, it should be unused and in the original packing. Your refund is subject to the condition of the returned product.
Customers can cancel orders before delivery happens. Customers can return products within 5 days of purchase. Products that are eligible for a return should be unused, and in the original packaging. It must be in the same condition as the customer received it.
Perishable goods such as food treats and supplements cannot be returned.
Live pets once ordered cannot be cancelled or returned within 2 hours of placing order.
Sometimes customers decide they no longer need or want the item they have purchased. We have clear guidelines in place to protect both our customers and seller's rights. Customers can cancel orders anytime, and can return products within 5 days of purchase. If you are using a PetsStation Express selling model the returned products will be sent directly to you within (5-7) business days. If you are using PetsStation’s Care - returned products will go back into your inventory in PetsStation’s warehouse centers.
Terms & Conditions applicable for all returns –
These are the clear guidelines to protect both our customers and sellers rights. PetsStation shall reserve the rights to return the product to a customer if the product returned does not meet any of its guidelines or conditions. Our Pick-up agents are liable for declining a return request in a case when they see a customer does not meet the requirements of our return guidelines, the product will remain with the customer and concluded as declined due to our “return policy guideline failure”.
